This is a silverplate knife from 1847 Rogers Bros. The pattern is First Love. Each piece I have in this pattern is stamped on the back with 1847 Wm Rogers Bros, IS and First Love. I know they are silverplate because they had to be polished after years of storage, yet there are no sterling markings. As they are antiques, they are sold "as is." Each purchase is for one knife.
