Set of 8 Landers, Frary & Clark Sterling Collars Dinner Knives Cloth Storage Bag Nice set of 8 knives with Sterling Silver collars. In their original storage cloth bag and labeled with makers name. All of these are in pretty nice condition, see all the photos for any issues I've photographed and mentioned. Previous owner wrote on the storage cloth that these are "Ivory Handled Knives" when in fact they are French Ivory which is a celluloid type material that many manufactures used to make many products. Trivia tidbit: Landers, Frary & Clark (LF&C) was a housewares company based in New Britain, Connecticut that manufactured a variety of products for the American home. LF&C's history can be traced back to 1842, when George M. Landers and Josiah Dewey formed a partnership called Dewey and Landers to manufacture metal products.
