This is for a set of (8) "Modern Hollow" Dinner Knives Measures: 9-3/8" long (they made a shorter knife too about 8-5/8" long) Other pieces in the set are Marked "1847 Rogers Bros, IS, Remembrance" IS is for International Silver. However the only mark that blades- of the knives "Stainless" because they are stainless blades and silver plate handles. This is vintage silver plate with the pattern "Remembrance" which was produced in 1948.. In good condition for vtg and pre-owned. Minor signs of use like polishing marks and washing marks, but no plate loss spots ................................................................................... *No Returns/Refunds Policy*...Please Note that we do not accept returns or refunds. This is for 2 reasons- We sell antiques / vintage goods, therefore they are used, I provide photos of the exact items and not stock pictures so you can always see the exact item you will get. Also all of our auctions are "Free Shipping" to our buyers, but I still have to buy postage and it is expensive! I cant give full refunds on items when I cant get refunds on my shipping cost. All of my items are insured against damage in transit. All insurance claims are filed online now & there may be a delay in how long it takes the insurance company to process the refund, also USPS claims may require items to be physically taken the post office for inspection should they ask for them- often photos are not enough for the claim to be processed. *Items lost in shipment or not received*... If they are lost in transit, we will be required to wait the specified time by the shipper to file the insurance claim- there is no other way to do this as that is their rules and we will have to wait their time limits.
