Description

We are pleased to offer a group of 3 silverplated hollow handle dinner knives in Cereta from Oneida Community. The design is an ornate Art Nouveau motif; it was introduced in 1902. These are extremely scarce. The pattern was used as promotional items for American Cereal Co., Quaker Oats, Pettijohn's Breakfast Foods, Apetizo and Zest food companies. Condition: The handles are excellent - no silver wear or loss. The blades are old carbon steel and are discolored but that has no effect on usability. There are no monograms and the pattern is crisp and well defined. Size: 9 7/8" long.
